SOCIAL INCLUSION CONGRESS
PRE-PROGRAM
We promote social inclusion by providing holistic support to people, seeking an answer to their physical, psychological, social and spiritual needs so that they can participate fully in society. We implement social inclusion by preventing, correcting and mitigating inequalities between people. In doing so, special respect must be given to self-determination, personal development and relationships with each other.
At the Congress we want to share actions and visions that have grown in the services of the Hospitaller Brothers of Saint John of God and the Sisters Hospitallers of the Sacred Heart, and look in particular at the following thematic areas:
-
Innovation and inclusion
-
Stigma and self-stigma
-
Art and theatre as vehicles of inclusion
-
Self-determination and inclusion
In doing so, we accompany and are accompanied by:
-
People with disabilities
-
Mentally ill people
-
Migrants
-
Old people
-
Homeless people
